Drinking Water Proven To Help Weight Loss

Drinking water is a well known strategy for helping weight loss, but a new study may be the first hard evidence that drinking water does actually work. In the study obese dieters drank two cups of water before each meal. At the end of the study they were shown to have lost on average 5lbs more than those who did not drink the water. A year later, they also kept more of the weight off.
