Is Milk Really Good For Your Bones?

Milk is traditionally held up as the perfect ‘bone’ food. Rich in calcium we are told to include adequate dairy products in our diet to help prevent against the bone thinning disease osteoporosis. In this study researchers tracked the dietary habits of 72,000 women for 18 years and found no relationship between the amount of milk consumed and the risk of hip fracture.
