Saturated Fat is Not the Cause of Heart Disease!

An analysis of 21 research studies has shown no clear link between people’s intake of saturated fat (found in red meat, dairy products, biscuits, cakes and chocolate) and heart disease. The so called ‘Western’ diet is often blamed for heart disease but as well as being high in saturated fat it is also high in sugar and refined carbohydrates such as white bread
