Could Drinking Caffeinated Coffee keep Depression At Bay?

 Is it possible that drinking coffee

might help keep depression at

bay? A recent study suggested

exactly that. 50,000 women

were monitored over a 10 year



period to evaluate their coffee consumption and the study found that those

who drank 2-3 cups of coffee a day were 15% less likely to get depressed while those

who drank 4 or more cups daily reduced their risk by 20% or more.  Decaffeinated

coffee did not appear to have the same effect making it likely that caffeine was the key
