3 Month Consultation Package

Description

A 3 month consultation package with registered nutritional therapist Paula Werrett to  help guide you with optimising your health. Your package consists of the following:

• One initial consultation via Zoom, Skype or phone lasting between 60-90 minutes
• Six further follow up consultations (approx 20-30 minutes each) to help keep you on track
• Personalised recommendations to address your specific health goals together with meal ideas and recipes
• Email support throughout the 3 months

You will be asked to complete an online questionnaire ahead of the session. Paula may make recommendations for tests that can be completed either by your GP or privately. You may also receive recommendations for nutritional supplements to help optimise your health. Please read attached terms and conditions prior to booking your package
