Paula loves helping Women get back in control of their nutrition so that they can look and feel their best. She can help to inspire you with a positive relationship with food so that you can make great ongoing food choices and enjoy your food in the process.

In Paula's clinic she helps clients with a variety of health issues including weight loss, tummy troubles, low energy, skin health and hormonal problems.
