A little bit about me

I am a registered nutritional therapist and Head of Undergraduate Provision at the highly acclaimed Institute for Optimum Nutrition.

I help women optimise their health to improve energy, digestive function, vitality, mood and general wellbeing.

I use a functional medicine approach which seeks to understand how and why symptoms started to enable me to recommend the most appropriate nutritional interventions to restore balance.

Where applicable I may recommend testing for food sensitivities, nutritional status, bacterial overgrowth, parasites and more
