Baked berry oatmeal
Baked berry oatmeal is a delicious dish that can be enjoyed as a tasty breakfast, dessert or snack. It is high in soluble fibre to support healthy digestive function and balanced blood sugar control for reliable energy

- Preparation: 5 minutes
- 162 grams of gluten free oats (quick or traditional)
- 480 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 40 grams maple syrup
- 122 grams apple sauce
- 3 grams cinnamon
- 24 grams chia seeds
- 373 grams frozen berries
- Preheat oven to 177 C
- Add all ingredients except the sliced almonds to a mixing bowl and stir until thoroughly combined.
- Transfer to baking pan and bake for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
