Cooking and preparation

  • No cooking required
  • 5 minutes preparation


  • 1-2 boiled eggs
  • baby corn from a tin
  • couple of handfuls of leafy greans
  • spoonful of edamame beans defrosted
  • chopped tomatoes
  • chopped red cabbage
  • grilled chopped chicken


  1. Assemble all of the salad ingredients in a bowl
  2. dress with the salad dressing of your choice
  3. Enjoy!
