Vibrant Green Smoothie

- Preparation = approximately 5 minutes
Ingredients
- 1tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1tbsp almond butter
- 1tbsp protein powder (wild berry or vanilla)
- 250ml of almond or coconut based milk alternative
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- 1 ripe kiwi peeled
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a blender
- Blend until smooth
- Best eaten straight away, but to save time you could prepare and refrigerate ingredients the night before ready to quickly blend in the morning
