Vibrant Green Smoothie

Cook time and preparation

  • No Cook time
  • Preparation = approximately 5 minutes


  • 1tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1tbsp almond butter
  • 1tbsp protein powder (wild berry or vanilla)
  • 250ml of almond or coconut based milk alternative
  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • 1 ripe kiwi peeled


  1. Place all ingredients into a blender
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Best eaten straight away, but to save time you could prepare and refrigerate ingredients the night before ready to quickly blend in the morning
